This elegant image of the internationally famous male model Tom Frelinghuysen is carefully delineated in pen & ink with soft graphic pencil as the under drawing. I kept the line work of the pencil to work in conjunction with the ink that would follow, which is very difficult because you have to know how the ink will lay before you use it! The end result is a lovely drawing that fuses both the pencil drawing with the ink providing us an unmatched drawing of grace and polish.
